Spend on what your people actually want. Then let them prove it helped.
Wellproof is building the standard for workplace health. Your people tell us privately what would help. You act on it, with money you already spend. When they confirm it helped, that becomes evidence. Wellproofed is earned when evidence meets the Wellproof Standard.
Free, for Canadian employers with 20 to 500 people.
Ask. Employees say what would help.
Privately. The company only ever sees totals.

Confirmed results become evidence for the Wellproof Standard.
An illustrative example.
Most companies spend thousands a person on their people’s health. Few can say what it changed.
Benefits sit unused. Programs get picked without asking anyone. Move the numbers to see what your company already spends.
10.5 is the Canadian average (Statistics Canada, 2024). Sick-day cost is wages only.
You already spend $308,000 a year on group benefits.
Sick days also cost you $258,462 a year in wages.
New program budget needed
None.We start with what you already spend. We won’t claim Wellproof reduces sick days until the Founding Cohort has measured it.

Start with your Alignment Score.
Every Wellproof year runs on four steps: ask, act, confirm, prove. The Alignment Score is the first ask. One number for how closely your company’s time and money match what your people want. It’s free and takes your people a few minutes.
- Your people answer privately.A few questions about what would help them most, sent once, from your CEO. You only ever see totals.
- You answer the same questions. What you offer today, and what you think your people want.
- You get your score.Where you match, where you don’t, and what to do first. Results only show for groups of five or more.
Based on 71 of 80 people. Totals only.
What makes a workplace healthy?
The Standard looks at four parts of working life, across the whole workplace.
People can switch off, ask for support, and speak up without it costing them.
Time to move, rest and use the care their plan already covers.
People understand their pay and benefits, and know what financial help is already there.
Good options, and the time to eat them.
The test
Alignment.Does the company put its time and money where its people asked?
The proof
Confirmed by its people.“Yes, it helped.”
A workplace can’t call itself healthy. Its people have to say so.
What your people see, and what you see.
Your people say what would help. The company acts on it. Wellproof connects the two and keeps names out of it.
For your people
“I just want an hour to take a walk without feeling guilty about it.”
Wellproof helps you use what your company already gives you, then asks you privately whether it helped. Your answer counts.
- Time to use what’s already yoursProtected time in the workday to book the appointment or use the benefit you already have.
- Help using your benefitsWhat’s covered, how much you have left and how to book, in plain words.
- A say in how your company spends on youCulture budgets and perks go where people asked. You can start something too.

Wellproofed
Two checks. One W. The first check means the workplace acted. The blue one means its people confirmed it helped. A workplace needs both.
Prove
Every result your people confirm becomes evidence, across mind, body, money and food. Here’s what that evidence could look like in an example year.
Illustrative example. The Standard is being written with the Founding Cohort, and we will publish it.
We help you earn it. Only your people can award it.
It can’t be bought or self-declared.
The people are the proof.
Why Wellproof exists.
Wellproof is made by employees, for employees.
The wellness facade.
- The app nobody opens.
- The event nobody was asked about.
- The poster in the break room.
- The badge somebody bought.
Most companies want their people to be well, and spend real money trying. Most of it is bought in good faith. What’s missing is the feedback: nobody asks the people it’s for, and nobody checks whether it helped. So it looks like care from the outside and proves nothing. Wellproof replaces it with proof.
What we believe.
- Only your people can confirm it.
People answer privately. Results only show for groups of five or more, and individual answers are never shown. That’s what makes their answer worth trusting.
- Earned, never bought.
You pay for the system and the support. You can’t pay for the result. Whether you earn Wellproofed depends only on what your people say, measured against a Standard we will publish. No amount of support from us changes that.
- We measure the workplace, never the person.
We ask what would help at work. We never ask for diagnoses, weight, medical records or bank balances.
- Privacy, in three rules.
The company never sees an individual answer. Nothing shows for a group smaller than five. Employee data is stored in Canada, and we never sell it or share it with your company or advertisers.
What people ask us.
Still wondering about something? Ask us on your Alignment Score walkthrough.
What does my company see about me?
Totals only, and only for groups of five or more. Never your name, what you booked or how you used your time.
How is Wellproof priced?
One annual subscription, priced by the size of your team. The Alignment Score is free. Founding Cohort members get founding terms, and we’ll walk you through them on a short call.
Do we need a new budget?
No new budget for programs. We start with what you already spend on benefits, events and perks. Some steps take time, like protected hours to use benefits, and you decide how much.
Does this replace our benefits provider, engagement survey or EAP?
No. Wellproof works alongside them. It helps your people use what you already have, and shows you what they say helped.
Where is our data kept?
In Canada. Your company only sees totals for groups of five or more, and we never sell employee data.
Can a company buy the Wellproofed mark?
No. We help you earn it, but only your people can award it. Wellproofed is earned when evidence meets the Wellproof Standard, a Standard we will publish.
What help do we get?
A year-round plan built around what your people ask for, help running events, short e-learning, and support getting people to use their benefits.
Is this a medical or wellness app?
No. Wellproof measures the workplace, never the person. It never asks about weight, diagnoses or health records.
What does joining the Founding Cohort involve?
Ten employers help write the first Standard in 2027 and are the first able to earn the mark. We’ll walk you through founding terms on a short call.
